Linq Blue uses iMessage technology, which is governed by Apple’s built-in compliance controls. To support this, we’ve built internal guardrails that help you follow best practices and protect your reputation score. While there’s no exact science to it, our product experts will walk you through how these guardrails apply to your specific use case to ensure there’s a strong fit before moving forward.
Response Rate – Traditional SMS response rate is usually around 20%. We aim to double this and have many clients with a 40%+ response rate. If your rate drops below 15%, our system will begin to protect your reputation and ensure long-term deliverability. It will do this by slowing down your messages from being sent. This is a sign that we need to look at changing your message or slow down until you get more replies.
Velocity – You're allowed to initiate up to 50 new conversations per day. Replies to existing threads don’t count toward this limit. Once they reply, you are able to send as many messages to them as you’d like. For example, if 10 clients respond from a message the previous day, these do not impact net new messages.
